After completing a roleplay, you may occasionally see the feedback and insights page get stuck on loading. This is usually just a processing delay, not a broken session.

1. Refresh the Page

The quickest fix for a stuck loading screen is a simple refresh.
To Fix: Refresh your browser page. Your session results should appear once the page reloads.

2. Wait Up to 15 Minutes

Sometimes the AI needs additional time to process your session, especially for longer or more complex roleplays.
To Fix: Wait up to 15 minutes for your results to process. You can close the tab and return later - your session is saved and will be available in your session history.

3. Access Results from Session History

If you’ve waited and refreshed but still don’t see results, you can try accessing them through your session history.
To Fix: Navigate back to the roleplay page, click “My Sessions,” and select your most recent session. The feedback should load from there.
Still Not Working?If your results haven’t loaded after 15 minutes, reach out to the Exec support team at [email protected].

Best Practices

  • Don’t close the feedback page immediately. Give it at least 30-60 seconds to start loading before taking action.
  • Be patient with longer sessions. Complex roleplays with lots of interaction may take a few extra minutes to process.
  • Check your internet connection. A weak or unstable connection can slow down the feedback loading process.
  • Your session is never lost. Even if the feedback doesn’t load right away, your session is saved and you can always access it later through “My Sessions.”

In short: If your feedback page is stuck loading, refresh the page first. If that doesn’t work, wait up to 15 minutes. Contact support if your results still aren’t available after that time.
