Everything you need to find a scenario, run your first session, and understand your results.

Step 1: Find a Scenario

After logging in, you’ll land on your home dashboard. Any roleplays assigned to you will appear here - that’s the fastest place to start. You can also click Roleplays in the left navigation to browse everything available to you. Scenarios are organized into a few views:
  • Assigned to Me - Scenarios assigned specifically to you to complete
  • Workspace - Scenarios available to everyone in your organization
  • Created by Me - Scenarios you’ve built yourself (marked with a private icon)
You can see these as you scroll down the page Demo Exec Com Roleplays

Step 2: Review the Scenario Details

Click on any scenario to open it. Before starting, take a moment to read through:
  • Objective — What you’re trying to achieve in the conversation
  • Character profile — Who you’ll be speaking with
  • Scenario context — The situation and background
  • Evaluation criteria — What you’ll be graded on
When you’re ready, click Begin Session. Demo Exec Com Roleplays(1)

Step 3: Run the Session

1

Enable your microphone

A browser prompt will ask for microphone access. Click Allow to proceed. You can also enable your webcam if needed, though it’s optional.
2

Listen to the intro

You’ll hear a brief intro that sets up the scenario context, followed by a ding. The AI character will speak first — then it’s your turn.
3

Have the conversation

Respond naturally. The AI character will react based on what you say, just like a real conversation.
Select “Allow while visiting the site” when granting microphone access so you won’t be prompted again on future sessions.

Step 4: Review Your Results

After completing the session, Exec will prepare your scorecard. Once it loads, you’ll see a full breakdown of how you did. Demo Exec Com Roleplays(2) The summary at the top covers how you met the scenario objective, what went well, and areas for improvement. Below that, you’ll see each individual rubric criterion you were graded on. Click into any criterion to see:
  • What you did well in that area
  • Specific areas for improvement
  • Example phrases you could use to improve your score in that moment
If you’ve run the scenario more than once, your previous sessions will appear at the bottom so you can track your progress over time.
Don’t be discouraged by a low first score — roleplays are meant to be repeated. Each session gives you targeted feedback to improve.

What Else Is on the Platform

Once you’ve completed your first session, here’s where to go next:
  • Programs — Click Programs in the left navigation to see any structured learning paths your organization has enrolled you in.
  • Roleplays dashboard — At the top of the Roleplays page, you’ll find an overview of all your activity: your latest average score, scenarios practiced, total sessions, and score distribution.
