Every certificate you earn in Exec has a shareable public page and can be added straight to your LinkedIn profile. This page walks through where to find your certificates, what the public credential page shows, and how the LinkedIn actions work.

My Certificates

My Certificates is where every learner sees the certificates they have earned. Open it from the left-hand navigation:
  • Admins: expand Certifications in the side nav and select My Certificates.
  • Members: select Certifications in the side nav. It opens directly to your earned certificates.
The page shows your most recent certificate at the top and groups the rest by year. Use the Source filter to narrow the list to certificates earned from Programs, Courses, or Manually issued by an admin.
Certifications must be enabled on your workspace and included in your plan. If you don’t see the menu item, contact your workspace admin or [email protected].

Public credential page

Public sharing is opt-in per certification. Your workspace admin decides which certifications carry a public credential page and LinkedIn share actions. If sharing is off for a certification, the credential URL returns a 404 and the share buttons are hidden — the certificate still appears in My Certificates and can be downloaded as a PDF. Every issued certificate for which sharing is enabled has a login-free public page at /credentials/<uuid>. Anyone with the link can:
  • See the recipient’s name, the certification title and description, the issuer, and the issue and expiration dates.
  • View the certificate PDF.
  • Confirm current status (Active, Expiring soon, Expired, or Revoked).
Revoked and expired certificates still resolve at the same URL and clearly display their status, so a link shared earlier never turns into a broken page.
Public credential pages are unlisted: they’re marked noindex so search engines don’t crawl them. The link is the only way in.
To copy the link, open a certificate from My Certificates, select the Share icon, and choose Copy link.

Add to your LinkedIn profile

You can add any active certificate to the Licenses & certifications section of your LinkedIn profile in one click.

Open the certificate

From My Certificates, select the certificate you want to share.

Select Add to LinkedIn profile

Exec opens LinkedIn’s Add license or certification form in a new tab with the name, issuer, issue date, expiration date, credential ID, and credential URL prefilled.

Save on LinkedIn

Review the prefilled fields and select Save. LinkedIn shows Exec’s logo next to the entry, and the Show credential button on your profile links back to your public credential page.
All Exec certificates are issued by Exec on LinkedIn. This is what makes LinkedIn display an issuer logo. Your workspace name still appears on the public credential page and on the PDF.
Alongside Add to LinkedIn profile, the share menu offers two more actions:
  • Share on LinkedIn — opens LinkedIn’s share composer prefilled with the public credential URL so you can post the certificate to your feed.
  • Copy link — copies the public credential URL for pasting into email, chat, or a résumé.
The same share actions appear on the certificate viewer that admins open from the Certifications app, so admins can share a link on behalf of a learner if needed.

Downloading the PDF

Select the Download icon next to the share actions to save the certificate as a PDF. The PDF is the same file linked from the public credential page and the completion email.

When share actions are hidden

Share actions only appear on active, currently-valid certificates whose certification has public sharing turned on. They’re hidden when:
  • The certification’s admin has turned LinkedIn sharing off (or Exec has not marked it eligible). The credential URL also returns 404.
  • The certificate has been revoked. A Revoked badge shows on the public page if sharing was on when the link was captured.
  • The certificate has expired. The certificate still appears in My Certificates and on the public page (if sharing is on) labeled Expired, but new share actions are hidden.
