Sometimes you’ll need to remove participants - either from a specific program or from the workspace entirely. It’s important to understand the difference:
  • Removing from a program → The participant loses access to that program, but may still have access to Exec if they’re enrolled in other programs.
  • Removing from the workspace → The participant is fully removed from Exec, including all programs, groups, and workspace-level access.

At this point, the participant no longer has access to this program, but they may still access other programs or Exec in general

Removing a Participant from the Workspace

If you want to revoke someone’s access to Exec entirely, you’ll need to remove them at the workspace level.
1

Navigate to your workspace's Settings menu

2

Find the user and click on their Actions menu

Once you’ve located who you’d like to remove. Click on the 3-dot menu next to their name.

3

Click "Remove User" and confirm your selection

A confirmation screen will appear with a bulleted list of implications. Removing a user will:
  • Return their personal credits to the workspace account
  • Remove them from all workspace groups
  • Remove them from all active programs
  • Revoke their access to the workspace (and Exec)
Once you’re ready, click **Remove User **on the confirmation screen

Best Practices:
  • Double-check program vs. workspace removal. If you only want to stop someone from joining a specific program, remove them at the program level. If they should no longer use Exec at all, remove them at the workspace level.
  • Communicate before removing. Give participants clarity on why their access is changing.
  • Review credits. If someone is fully removed from the workspace, their unused personal credits will return to the workspace account.

In short: Use program removal to manage who participates in specific trainings, and workspace removal to completely revoke Exec access.
