Export Data

Workspace admins can export data from Exec for reporting, auditing, or importing into other tools. Sessions, users, groups, course enrollments, and course block results are available as CSV. Sessions, course enrollments, and scored calls are also available as a formatted XLSX report with executive summary, rollup, and action-list tabs.

Only workspace admins can access the Export Data page. If you don’t see it in the sidebar, you may not have the required permissions.

Exporting from the Export Data Page

The dedicated Export Data page gives you access to every export in one place.

Open Export Data

In the left sidebar, click Export Data under Administration.

Choose an export

Click the download button next to the export you want:

Export All Sessions — Roleplay session data including scores, attempt numbers, assignments, and program info. Click the dropdown arrow for Download XLSX report to get a formatted workbook with rep improvement, scenario health, and skill-gap tabs.
Export All Users — Workspace members including roles, seat types, and group memberships (CSV).
Export All Groups — Groups with their member lists and roles (CSV).
Export Course Enrollments — Course participants with enrollment status, progress, due dates, quiz averages, time spent, and certifications. Click the dropdown arrow for Download XLSX report to get risk tier, drop-off, assessment, and action-list tabs.
Export Course Block Results — Per-block results for every course, including quiz scores, roleplay attempts, and completion status per participant (CSV).
Export Calls Performance — XLSX-only report over every scored call, with rep trends, category breakdown, skill gaps, and a coaching list of recent low-scoring calls.

A blue banner appears while the report generates. Keep the page open until the CSV file downloads automatically.

Exports run in the background and typically complete within a few seconds. For large workspaces, it may take up to a minute. XLSX reports take longer than CSVs because they aggregate data across multiple tabs.

Quick Export from Users and Groups

You can also export directly from the Users and Groups pages without navigating to Export Data.

Users Page

Click the Download CSV button next to + Add Users at the top of the Workspace Users page.

Groups Page

Click the Download CSV button next to + Add Group at the top of the Workspace Groups page.

Archived Scenarios and Courses in Exports

Archived items are left out of the session exports.

Archived scenarios. Archiving (deleting) a scenario removes its sessions from the Sessions CSV and XLSX. Restoring the scenario brings them back.
Archived sessions. A session a learner deleted is left out of every export.
Archived courses. The Course Enrollments and Course Block Results exports currently still include enrollments in archived courses. Filter by course name if you need to leave them out.

What’s Included in Each Export

Sessions CSV

Each row represents one roleplay session. Columns include:

Column	Description
`first_name`, `last_name`, `email`	The participant
`scenario`	Scenario name
`difficulty`	Difficulty level
`score`, `rank`	Session score and letter rank
`attempt_number`	Sequential attempt number per user per scenario
`valid_attempt`	`True` if the session lasted at least the scenario’s minimum duration (30 seconds by default, 90 on some older scenarios). Only valid attempts are graded and count toward progress
`program`	Program name (if assigned via a program)
`assigned_by`, `assigner_name`	Assigner info (if directly assigned)
`started_at`, `ended_at`	Session timestamps
`duration_seconds`	Session length
`session_link`	Direct link to the session review

Demo and archived sessions are excluded.

Users CSV

Each row represents one workspace member. Columns include:

Column	Description
`first_name`, `last_name`, `email`	The member
`role`	Workspace role (Admin, Member, etc.)
`seat_type`	Full, Basic, or Exec Staff
`groups`	Comma-separated group names
`date_joined`	When the member joined the workspace
`last_login`	Most recent login
`status`	Active or Deactivated

Deactivated members are included with a “Deactivated” status.If your workspace has custom profile fields, each definition is appended as its own column, using the profile field’s display name as the header. Each row holds that member’s value (text entry or selected dropdown option); members without a value get an empty cell. Deleting a profile field removes its column from future exports.

Groups CSV

Each row represents one group member. Columns include:

`role`	Member’s role within the group
`status`	Active or Deactivated

Deleted groups are excluded. Empty groups appear as a single row with just the group name.

Course Enrollments CSV

Each row represents one enrollment: one learner in one course. Columns include:

Column	Description
`first_name`, `last_name`, `email`	The learner
`user_status`	Active or Deactivated workspace membership
`groups`	Comma-separated group names
`course`	Course name
`course_version`	Version number the learner is enrolled in
`enrollment_status`	Not Started, Active, Completed, or Did Not Complete
`progress_percent`	Share of the course’s pages the learner has completed
`overdue`	True when the due date has passed and the course isn’t complete
`enrollment_type`	Self-enrolled or Admin-enrolled
`enrolled_by_name`, `enrolled_by_email`	Who enrolled the learner (blank for self-enrollment)
`enrolled_at`, `due_date`, `close_date`, `completed_at`	Enrollment timestamps
`days_to_complete`	Whole days between enrollment and completion
`last_activity_at`	Most recent page or block activity
`avg_quiz_score`	Average of the learner’s latest score on each quiz block (blank if no quiz has a score)
`total_time_spent_seconds`	Time recorded across all blocks in the course
`certification_name`	Certification the enrollment earned, if any
`certificate_status`	Active, Expiring Soon, Expired, or Revoked
`certificate_issued_at`, `certificate_expires_at`, `certificate_revoked_at`	Certificate timestamps
`course_link`	Direct link to the course

Enrollments in archived courses are included. Where a learner has more than one certificate for the course, the most recently issued one is shown.

Course Block Results CSV

Each row represents one learner’s result on one block, so a course with 20 blocks produces 20 rows per enrolled learner. Blocks the learner hasn’t opened appear as Not Started with zero attempts, so completion-rate denominators are visible in the file. Columns include:

`enrollment_status`	Not Started, Active, Completed, or Did Not Complete
`section`, `page`, `block`	Where the block sits in the course
`block_type`	Text, Article, Video, Slides, Quiz, File, or Roleplay
`status`	Not Started, In Progress, Completed, or Failed
`score`	Score recorded on the block (quiz and roleplay blocks)
`passing_score`	Pass mark for quiz blocks (blank for other block types)
`attempts`	Number of attempts
`time_spent_seconds`	Time recorded on the block
`completed_at`	When the learner completed the block

Enrollments in archived courses are included.

Sessions XLSX report

A formatted workbook designed for reviewing practice at a glance. Tabs include:

Tab	What it shows
`Read me`	Definitions and thresholds used across the workbook
`Executive summary`	Headline stats for the workspace
`Rep performance`	First-vs-latest score lift per rep and practice cadence
`Scenario health`	Which scenarios are too easy, too hard, or well-calibrated
`Skill gaps`	Criteria the team grades poorly on
`Action list`	Reps to follow up with and why
`Sessions`	Full session detail (attempt numbers are omitted; use the CSV if you need them)

Course Enrollments XLSX report

A formatted workbook for reviewing an enrollment book, from a 30-second executive read down to row-level data. Tabs include:

Tab	What it shows
`Read me`	Definitions and thresholds used across the workbook
`Executive summary`	Enrollment totals, completion rate, and how many enrollments need action, split into risk tiers
`Course health`	Which courses convert enrollments into completions, and which stall learners
`Drop-off by page`	The page in each course where learners stop
`Assessment`	Whether quiz and roleplay scores exist to back up completions
`Action list`	Every enrollment needing a decision, worst first, with a suggested action
`Learner roster`	One row per learner across all their courses
`Enrollments`	Full row-level detail, the source for every other tab

Calls Performance XLSX report

Formatted workbook over every scored call in the workspace. Tabs include:
