Practice sessions on Exec are visible to certain users based on their role and relationship to you. This page explains who can see your sessions and how visibility is controlled.

Who can see your sessions?

Your practice sessions are visible to:
RoleWhat they see
YouAll your own sessions
Workspace AdminsAll sessions in the workspace
Your Manager (Group Admin)All sessions from their group members
Scenario MonitorsSessions on scenarios they monitor (if monitoring is enabled)
Shared UsersSessions you explicitly share with them
Workspace admins and managers can see your sessions to track team progress and provide coaching. This is similar to how managers can see performance data in other workplace tools.

Session monitoring on scenarios

Scenario creators can control whether monitors have visibility into sessions:
  • Allow session monitoring (default: ON) - Scenario monitors and editors can view practice sessions
  • Disable monitoring - Sessions are only visible to admins, managers, and users you explicitly share with
This setting is found in the scenario’s Share modal under “Allow session monitoring.”
Disable monitoring for sensitive practice scenarios (like difficult conversations or performance reviews) where learners may want extra privacy.

What data is visible?

When someone has visibility into your sessions, they can see:
  • Session recording/transcript
  • AI feedback and scores
  • Completion status and date

Analytics visibility

The analytics dashboard shows aggregated data about sessions:
  • Workspace Admins see analytics for all users
  • Group Admins see analytics for their group members only
  • Regular users see only their own analytics
