Courses is included in every workspace plan by default. If your plan includes Courses, you and your team see the Courses item in the left navigation as soon as you sign in.
If Courses does not appear in your navigation, your current plan does not include the feature. Exec shows an upsell page at /courses with a link to upgrade. See Plans and Feature Availability for what each plan includes, or contact [email protected].

Plan Limits

Every plan caps the number of active courses your workspace can have:
  • Free — up to 2 courses
  • Starter — up to 10 courses
  • Professional — up to 50 courses
  • Enterprise — unlimited
When you reach the limit, Exec shows a banner across the course list and disables the buttons that would create, import, or AI-generate another course. Archiving a course frees up a slot. See Plans and Feature Availability for the full comparison.

Who Can Do What

  • Admins handle all authoring and management: creating courses, editing content, publishing, previewing, enrolling participants, and tracking progress from the course dashboard.
  • Members and coaches are learners. They can browse the course catalog, self-enroll in courses that allow it, and take courses they are enrolled in.

Finding Courses in the App

When Courses is available, a Courses item appears in the left navigation with a Dashboard sub-item for everyone. Admins also see a Manage sub-item, which is where course creation and administration live.
