You can update rubrics in Exec to adjust criteria, refine behaviors, or reuse parts of other rubrics.

Which rubrics can be edited?

Global Rubrics

These are provided by Exec for all users. They cannot be edited.

Workspace Rubrics

These are specific to your workspace and can be edited by you or other members with the right permissions.

How do I edit a rubric?

From the left-hand menu, click "Rubrics"

Go to your workspace's rubrics

By default, the page shows global rubrics which are preloaded for all Exec users and are not editable. To find your editable rubrics, go to All Sources -> Workspace.

Click on the rubric you'd like to edit

Edit the elements you'd like

The rubric will open in the editing screen where you can:
  • Modify existing categories and behaviors
  • Update Good / Mid / Bad criteria
  • Import evaluation items from another rubric
You can update these elements by clicking on the 3 dots in the corner of each elementOnce saved, your updates will apply to all scenarios that are tied to this rubric

Impact of EditsAny scenario that uses the edited rubric will automatically reflect the updated criteria and behaviors. This ensures consistency across your workspace without needing to manually update each scenario.
Tips & Best Practices
  • Use workspace rubrics for team-specific criteria.
  • Avoid editing rubrics in the middle of an evaluation cycle, as changes will apply immediately.
  • Use the import feature to save time by reusing criteria across multiple rubrics.
