Importing a rubric allows you to quickly apply consistent evaluation criteria to roleplays. This is especially useful when you want to reuse an existing rubric - either one you created or one already available in your workspace - rather than rebuilding evaluation criteria from scratch.

When to Import a Rubric

You may want to import a rubric when:
  • You like the existing evaluation criteria but want to standardize scoring
  • You want to reuse a rubric across multiple roleplays
  • Your organization has approved rubrics for specific skills or behaviors
  • You want consistent grading across learners and scenarios

Prerequisites

Rubric exists

The rubric you want to use must already exist in your workspace

You must have editing access to the roleplay
