Exec provides a global library of professionally designed roleplay scenarios covering topics like delivering feedback, setting SMART goals, running performance reviews, and more. These scenarios don’t appear in your workspace automatically — you’ll need to import the ones you want. There are two ways to do this: import individual scenarios, or import entire collections.

Option 1: Import Individual Scenarios

Go to the Scenarios tab

From the Roleplays section, click Scenarios.

Click Library in the top-right corne

Click the Library button next to the blue Create Scenario button. This opens Exec’s full global library.

Browse or search for a scenario

Use the search bar in the upper left to find something specific, or browse by topic.

Click Preview to review the scenario details

Click Import to Workspace

The scenario will be added to your workspace and available to use immediately.

You can repeat this process across any library page to bring in as many individual scenarios as needed.

Option 2: Import Scenario Collections

If you want to import multiple scenarios at once — or everything related to a specific topic — collections are the faster option.

Go to the Collections tab

From the Roleplays section, click Collections.

Click Library in the top-right corner

Click the Library button next to the blue Create Collection button.

Browse and preview a collection

Click Preview on any collection to see the scenarios it includes.

Select what to import

Import the entire collection, or use the checkboxes to select only the scenarios you want.

Click Import

Your selected scenarios will appear in both your Collections and Scenarios tabs.
If your goal is to import all global scenarios, Collections is the fastest approach.
