What Is the Global Scenario Library?
The global scenario library contains all roleplay scenarios created by Exec - covering topics such as providing feedback, setting SMART goals, running performance reviews, and more. By default, your workspace only displays scenarios that you created, were shared with you, or already live in your workspace. To access the full library, you’ll need to import the scenarios you want. There are two ways to import scenarios from the global library:Option 1: Import Individual Scenarios

From the Roleplays tab, click Scenarios

Click the Library button, located next to the blue Create Scenario button
This opens Exec’s full library of global scenarios.

Browse or search for the scenario you want to add
Use the search bar in the upper left corner if you’re looking for something specific.

Click Preview to review scenario details

If you'd like to add the scenario to your workspace, click Import to Workspace
You can repeat this process across any library page to bring in as many individual scenarios as needed.
Option 2: Import Scenario Collections
If you want to import multiple scenarios at once - or bring in everything related to a specific learning topic - collections offer a faster method.1
From the Roleplays tab, click Collections

Click Library in the top-right corner, next to the blue Create Collection button

Browse collections and click on Preview to view the included scenarios

Import the entire collection or use the checkboxes to select specific scenarios from that collection

When you're ready, click Import
Your selected scenarios will now appear both under Collections and in your Scenarios tab.
If your goal is to import all global scenarios, the fastest approach is via Collections.
