Building Prompts

Use these prompts when creating a new scenario from scratch.

Four Pillars Scenario Build

When to use: Starting a new scenario using the Chat / Text method and you have a clear vision of what you want to build.
I am a [JOB TITLE] at [COMPANY], and I want to build a [CONVERSATION TYPE] scenario where I am speaking with a [PROSPECT/CHARACTER TITLE] at a [COMPANY TYPE/INDUSTRY].

My goal for this conversation is to [SPECIFIC OUTCOME - e.g., book a meeting, practice discovery, deliver feedback].

For me to succeed in this scenario, I must [DEFINITION OF GOOD - what observable outcomes indicate the rep did well].

This conversation is challenging for me because [KEY CHALLENGE - e.g., the prospect is skeptical, doesn't have budget authority, had a bad experience with a competitor, etc.].
What to expect: The AI Agent will build a draft scenario and may ask clarifying questions about specific details.

Auto-Fill Template with Resources

When to use: You have a template selected and attachments uploaded, and you don’t want to manually fill out every field.
I am a [JOB TITLE] at [COMPANY].

Using all the attached resources I've provided, please fill out the template below and then provide me the completed template with all responses.

[PASTE SELECTED TEMPLATE BELOW]
What to expect: The AI Agent will analyze your attachments and populate the template fields. Review the completed template for accuracy before saying “let’s build.”

Get Roleplay Recommendations from Resources

When to use: You have call transcripts, training materials, or other resources attached but aren’t sure what type of scenario to build.
I need to build a roleplay for a [INDUSTRY/TEAM TYPE]. I've attached some resources, but I'm not sure what is most relevant for scenario creation.

Please review the attached resources and provide me a few roleplay recommendations.
What to expect: The AI Agent will analyze your materials and suggest 2–3 scenario ideas with rationale for each. Pick one to build from there.

Fine-Tuning Prompts

Use these prompts after you have a draft scenario to refine character behavior and conversation flow.

View Backend Response Guidelines

When to use: After a draft is created and you want to review the character’s triggers and responses before publishing.
Can you show me the response guidelines on the backend?
What to expect: The AI Agent will display the full trigger/response structure organized by conversation phase. This is the core of how the character behaves.

Add Response Length and Natural Speech Patterns

When to use: The character is oversharing, rambling, or sounds too robotic.
To avoid oversharing and to make the character feel more natural, please add response length and natural speech pattern guidelines. Adjust based on the character's role, seniority, and confidence level.

RESPONSE LENGTH: Keep responses to 1-2 sentences unless asked to elaborate. This is a busy [ROLE] on a [CALL TYPE], not someone who monologues.

NATURAL SPEECH PATTERNS: Use occasional filler words like "look," "honestly," "so," "hm," "basically," or "right" to sound conversational. Take brief pauses when considering questions that require thought. Don't overdo it.
What to expect: The character will give shorter, more natural-sounding responses.

View Response Length and Speech Pattern Settings

When to use: After adding these settings, or when troubleshooting why a character sounds off.
Can you show me the response length and natural speech pattern prompts?
What to expect: The AI Agent will display the current settings for response length and speech patterns so you can review or adjust.

Check If Key People Should Be Visible

When to use: The scenario includes key stakeholders or decision-makers and you want to decide if they should be discoverable through conversation rather than shown upfront.
Are the key people necessary to have listed in the scenario context section, or can we keep them in the backend only?
What to expect: The AI Agent will explain whether the key people are essential upfront context or can be hidden so the learner discovers them naturally during the conversation.

Generate a Test Talk Track

When to use: After a draft is built and you want a sample script to test the conversation flow before publishing.
Sounds good. Let's build that scenario. After you build out the draft, please give me a talk track to test the conversation for about 1-2 minutes. No need for the full thing, just something that will demonstrate the multiple layers of detail I can uncover while still being natural.
What to expect: The AI Agent will provide a short script with suggested questions and statements that hit key triggers, so you can efficiently test how the character responds at different levels.
