Understanding Your Results

Overall Score & Performance Tier - You’ll receive a percentage score and medal tier (Bronze: 50%+, Silver: 75%+, Gold: 90%+) that shows your overall performance at a glance. Executive Summary - A quick overview of your strengths and improvement opportunities. Detailed Rubric - For each skill, you’ll see your performance summary, targeted tips, real examples from your conversation, and better alternatives you could have used.
Didn’t score as high as you wanted? Review the rubric feedback carefully, identify 2-3 areas to improve, and run the scenario again. That’s how you’ll see real progress.

Identify patterns

Focus on your top 2-3 improvement areas from the rubric—don’t try to fix everything at once.

Review your actual performance

Listen to the audio or read the transcript to see exactly where things went well or off track.

Practice better responses

Click the AI Coach bar at the bottom of your screen to rehearse improved approaches in real-time.

Apply and repeat

Run the scenario again with your new insights and track how your scores improve.
