Completing a roleplay is only the first step. The real value comes from reviewing your performance and practicing how to improve. Exec provides an AI Coach that allows you to go beyond static feedback and talk through your results as if you had a live coach by your side.

The Analysis page will automatically open

Here you’ll see:
  • The scenario name at the top.
  • Your score (e.g., 71.4% → Bronze category).
  • A high-level summary of what went well and what could improve.
  • A rubric breakdown, showing each evaluation criterion, where you performed strongly, and where there’s room to grow.
  • Specific examples of what you might do differently next time.

Engaging the AI Coach

At the bottom of the analysis page, you’ll find the AI Coach panel. Screenshot2025 10 14at12 00 52PM Pn
  • When you hover over it, it will highlight blue with the prompt: “Talk through feedback with an AI coach.”
  • Clicking this opens a live chat session with your AI Coach.

What You Can Do with the AI Coach

The AI Coach is designed to turn feedback into actionable learning. Some ways to use it include:
  • Request a recap: “Could you give me a high-level summary of my feedback?”
  • Get targeted advice: “What are three things I could have said differently to improve my score?”
  • Challenge assumptions: If you think you already tried something, you can ask: “Didn’t I offer options in my conversation?” The AI Coach will clarify based on your transcript.
  • Simulate improvement: Ask for alternative phrasing or approaches you can practice immediately.

Why This Matters

Reading feedback is helpful - but practicing how to respond to it is what builds real skill. With the AI Coach, you can:
  • Reinforce learning immediately while the roleplay is still fresh.
  • Get personalized guidance tied directly to your performance, not generic advice.
  • Practice new approaches safely before trying them in your next live scenario.
  • Build confidence by iterating through your mistakes in conversation rather than in silence
    Best Practices:
    • Focus on specifics. Instead of asking broad questions, zero in on one behavior you want to improve (e.g., handling objections, offering options, balancing urgency).
    • Iterate quickly. Ask the AI Coach for alternative lines or strategies, then roleplay short exchanges until you find what feels natural.
    • Keep sessions short. A focused 5–10 minute debrief is often more effective than trying to cover everything at once.
    • Make it a habit. Use the AI Coach every time you complete a roleplay. Over time, you’ll see patterns in your strengths and growth areas.

In short: The AI Coach transforms feedback from something you read once and forget into a real coaching conversation where you can practice, improve, and prepare for better performance next time.
