# Platform Onboarding Guide

> A guided video walkthrough for getting started on Exec

Welcome to Exec. The walkthroughs below help you get up and running, ordered to build naturally: start with workspace setup, then run your first roleplay, build content, structure programs, and measure results. Follow them in order, or jump to whatever is most relevant to you. Each page opens with a short video walkthrough followed by step-by-step detail.

## Your First Week

Five steps take a brand-new workspace to a team that practices. Each one links to the guide that covers it.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Build your first scenario">
    During signup, Exec read your website and drafted roleplay ideas that fit your business. Pick the one closest to a conversation your team actually has, and Scenario Studio builds it in about two minutes. See the [beginner building guide](/roleplays/ai-agent).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Run it and read your scorecard">
    Talk out loud like it is a live call, end with the green **End** button, and your scorecard arrives about a minute later. [Complete Your First Roleplay](/your-first-roleplay) walks through it, and [Interpret Your Results](/roleplays/interpret-results) explains what the scores mean.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit it until it sounds like your team">
    If the character gets a detail wrong or the objections feel generic, [edit the scenario](/roleplays/edit-scenario) and tell the agent what to change in one sentence.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite your team">
    Add teammates from Settings and assign seats. The [rollout guide](/guides/rollout) covers invites, seats, and groups in one pass.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign the scenario">
    Give it a due date, a minimum passing score, and an attempt count. Assigned roleplays land at the top of each person's home screen. See [Assign Scenarios](/roleplays/assign-scenarios).
  </Step>
</Steps>
